The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were initially dirty upon arrival and only received maid service once during our stay, which was disappointing. However, once cleaned, they were spacious, comfortable, and had a good size for two people. The service was subpar, with various issues like bedbugs, a smelly sewage bathroom, and unresponsive staff. On the plus side, the location was excellent, away from the noisy nightlife, with proximity to restaurants and the beach. The dining experience was good overall, with some room for improvement. The facilities were decent but lacked attention to detail in maintenance areas.

I had a great time at the hotel. The location was ideal, close to fantastic restaurants and just a short drive from Patong. The room was tidy and had a lovely view of the pool. The staff provided excellent service, attending to our needs promptly. The dining experience was functional, and the facilities were satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the pool area could be improved, and the lack of sufficient sunbeds was a downside.
